Antique/Vintage Empire State Rochester Camera w/ Case & Accessories As-Is

This is being sold as-is so please bid accordingly. I am not familiar with these cameras and am unsure if there are any missing components. It definitely shows age and I’d imagine will need some restoration. I am not sure if it is in working order. The case measures approximately 20.25” x 13” x 5.5”. The case has damage- broken handle and straps as well as the lid starting to come unattached. I am not sure which modem this is but will do my best to answer any questions.
